Oyster Mushroom Sisig


Ingredients:
▪︎250 grams green chili - Php 8.75
                ▪︎200 grams white or red onion- Php 20.0

▪︎300 grams mayo - Php 48.00

▪︎1 liter Vegetable oil- Php 85.00
▪︎30 grams butter- Php 12.00
▪︎400 grams flour mixture - Php 50.00
▪︎ 4 eggs-Ph 20.00
▪︎lemon/ calamansi -Php 5.00
▪︎Red Chili - Php 5.00
For Flour mixture ratio:
▪︎500 grams Cassava flour
▪︎500 grams All purpose flour
▪︎80 grams ginisa mix
▪︎20 grams black pepper
For packaging:
▪︎7 Pcs Microwable container (500ml)- Php 42.00
▪︎ Sticker Label -Php 14.00
▪︎Gas Labor 



Procedure :

1. Wash Mushroom with cold water, press to remove excess water.

2. Coat with flour mixture.

3. Fry using deep fyer at 180 degree celcius for 5-6 minutes.

4. Drain excess oil and set aside.

5. Chop the onions, green chilis and fried mushrooms.

6. In a bigger pan stir fry the onions and chili in butter.

7. Add the chopped fried mushrooms, add eggs, some portion of mayo.
